Info for Riding/Horsemanship lessons
Robin is
- CHA (Certified Horsemanship Association) Level 3 certified in Western, English, Jumping and Trail Riding.
- Riverside and San Diego 4-H Horse/Equine Project Leader
- Western Dressage Association's "Train the Trainer" graduate, Cowboy Dressage participant
- EXCA Carded Judge
- OHSA Carded Judge
- River Springs Charter School, Harbor Springs Charter School, Julian Charter School, The Learning Center Academy, Inspire Charter School and Sage Oak Charter School vendor approved
- Sessions include, but not limited to:
- Hands on learning where students will learn to care for their individual mount of the day
- Duties include: Grooming, saddling, bridling, cleaning and determining what special care is needed.
- Instruction will include: Structured learning for basic to advanced riding skills, leading, riding, negotiating obstacles on and off the horse, skill developing games and trail riding - $65.00 for private lesson and $55.00 for group lessons (2 or more)
- We can arrange lessons with your horse at your facility, for a negotiated fee.
- Do you have a difficult/problem horse or lack confidence in yourself to handle them? I can come to your facility/home for training sessions for you and/or your horse! You'll learn together, and end up having a happy, functional and productive relationship. Contact for more information.
- Working students are always encouraged and appreciated
- To improve and learn at any measurable rate, students are strongly encouraged to ride and/or participate more than once a week.
